Heavyweight. Non-woven tear-away embroidery stabilizer. All directional tear away for medium to large stitch counts. Embroidery stabilizers are used as a backing on your fabric in order to allow your project to finish well without pucker or slipping. In order for a well formed stitch to be created the fabric must be stabilized. The softer your fabric the more need for a stabilizer. This also is true for designs with higher stitch amounts.
