Bloomin’ Cogwheels is a two-ruler set with multiple grooves that can make a wide variety of strip-set pieced wedge fans/petals in multiple sizes. The sets are either 22-1/2°, 18° or 10°. “Blades” refer to the number of wedges in a quarter circle.
